While possessing in-house tech for crafting short video templates & SDKs, the emerging AI trends presented an opportunity to transition the current workforce towards an automatic text to video generation platform.
The Solution
We developed a layer-based framework for video generation, designed to produce captivating videos from text inputs/links. This framework integrated content curation, template production and music production.
The Outcome
A new AI-driven text to video platform was created.

As an early-stage startup, balancing client acquisition with slides and video creation, especially with a compact team of 10, posed significant challenges.
The Solution
We innovated with automatic slide creation plugins and introduced content curation templates, storyboard patterns, and a rapid review system to expedite production.
The Outcome
The streamlined production system not only facilitated the acquisition of new clients but also reduced review and production times. The result was high-quality deliverables and collaborations with 3+ B2B pharma clients.
